Early Years Emergency First Aid for the Appointed Person

About this course:

This 1 day course will give delegates all the skills they need to be a successful Appointed Person in the workplace, and provide basic life saving and First Aid techniques to the standards laid down by the UK & European Resuscitation Protocols. It is a highly participative course with both tutorial, and practical sessions. It's quick paced, fun and great for promoting team work.  This course is tailored to be suitable for those working with children in KS1 & KS2.

What’s included:

Training usually runs on 1 day and, when being run at a clients own location, our trainers can accommodate up to 12 delegates on each course.  Delegates receive a certificate, a credit card sized certificate, and relevant hand outs.  Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will be awarded a certificate in First Aid for the Appointed Person, which is valid for 3 years.

Who should attend:

This course is suitable for novice first aiders, or for experienced first aiders as a skills update.  This course is tailored to be suitable for those working with children in KS1 & KS2.
