Paediatric (Baby & Child) First Aid 2 day course

OSFTED & SureStart Compliant

 

This 2 day course will provide delegates with confidence to manage a range of injuries, medical conditions, and childhood illnesses including anaphylaxis, asthma, and meningitis.  This course meets the OFSTED & Sure-Start requirements for those working in child care settings for the under 8's.  On successful completion delegates will be awarded a certificate in Paediatric First Aid, which is valid for 3 years.  The course includes a text book.  

This course is highly participative, and allows delegates to discuss their own experiences and questions in an open and relaxed workshop fashion.  Delegates will have plenty of practice at resuscitation on adults, children and babies, along with the recovery position, and minor injuries.

 

This course is available at our centres, or at your own workplace for groups.
