Adult Basic Life Support (CPR)

About this course:

This 2 hour course will give delegates the skills they need to provide basic life - support, or cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), to the standards laid down by the UK & European Resuscitation Protocols. It is a highly participative course with both tutorial, and practical sessions.  Its fast paced, fun and great for promoting team work.

What’s included:

Training usually runs for around 2 hours.  Our trainers can accommodate up to 12 delegates on each course.  Each delegate receives an A4 display certificate, and relevant hand outs.  Upon completion of this course, delegates will be awarded a certificate of attendance in Adult Basic Life Support.

Who should attend:

This course is suitable for novice first aiders, or for experienced first aiders as a skills update.
