Foundation Basic First Aid

About this course:

This 4 hour introductory course is designed to give delegates a general overview of first aid procedures, and covers adult resuscitation, the recovery position and minor injuries.

What’s included:

Training usually runs for around 4 hours.  Our trainers can accommodate up to 12 delegates on each course.  On completion of this course, delegates will be awarded a certificate of attendance in Emergency Basic First Aid.

Who should attend:

This course is suitable for novice first aiders, or for experienced first aiders as a skills update.

What’s covered:

  • How to Perform Basic Life Support (C.P.R.), Adults Only
  • Spinal and Head Injuries
  • Unconsciousness
  • Bleeding & Wounds
  • Burns
